Quiet little and great venue, nice location near pub across the road, and much cleaner and close to the centre, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The onsite bar was good and the staff were lovely.

Would stay here again
Very clean twin room with new carpet. Enjoyed the electric kettle and tv. Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep after event. Bath and shower facilities in the private bathroom were just what we needed. Helped by the nice host when we asked for extra towels. Easy bus access to Leeds right outside.

Was really surprised at the accomadation for the price. Rooms were basic but clean n comfy. Really easy to get to with public transport, bus stop right outside. Guy working there was super friendly n helpful. Clean sheets n tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch.
only complaint was that it doesnt offer breakfast, and the decor is a bit tired.

I was really impressed with how tidy everything was, especially the bathroom and linens. Enjoyed the tea and coffee setup that was waiting for me. They had a cozy lounge and a lovely outdoor garden to chill out in after a long day. Just a heads-up, the noise from a nearby pub was a bit disruptive at night, but it didn't ruin my visit at all! 😊

Good for a quick stay
I stayed for a night and was actually pretty surprised. The staff was nice, welcomed us well and made sure we had fresh towels. The room was basic but clean, perfect for what we needed. Just a heads up, the location isn't the best, a bit far from the city. Felt comfy overall though.

The guy managing the place was friendly and super helpful he even brought us extra toilet roll right away when I asked. Room was clean and spacious perfect for just sleeping after the event we went to across the road.
It wasn't exactly a steal but still acceptable for what we needed.
